Our primary focus is supporting Sheldwich Primary School and its brilliant PTA, helping to provide valuable resources and experiences for the children. From funding new equipment to backing enrichment activities, the money we raise plays a real part in building a brighter, better-supported learning environment for the next generation.
But our fundraising spirit doesn’t stop there. Many of our players, families, and sponsors are involved in their own charitable causes — from national campaigns to personal missions close to their hearts. Every Pound Counts!
The total you see here represents the combined efforts of Sheldwich F.C. and our club members. It includes funds raised towards our club's dedicated fundraising goals, special event attendance, matchday drinks stalls, raffle contributions, proceeds from our annual charitable football match, and the generous donations made by our members to worthwhile causes in support of our fellow club members own fundraisers.
This running total showcases the positive impact we're making together – both on and off the pitch.
Sheldwich Primary School & PTA
Sheldwich F.C. is proud to have played an active role in supporting Sheldwich Primary School and the PTA.
As a club, we’ve helped raise an impressive £768 for the PTA in 2024/25 through a variety of fundraising activities and events. Our efforts have directly funded new sports kits for the Year 6 pupils, ensuring they have high-quality gear for school competitions.
Beyond financial contributions, club members have also given their time to volunteer, including plans to assist with an upcoming playground clean-up to improve the environment for the children. Looking ahead, our squad has committed to helping the school further by volunteering to demolish and rebuild the storage sheds on the school grounds this coming spring – a project that reflects our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community.

"Originally starting as a bet, I told my brother I wouldn’t cut my hair until he shaved his. When he finally took the plunge and shaved his head, I was left with over a years of hair growth, but instead of just cutting it for the sake of it, I realized I could do something truly meaningful with it - Continuing to grow my hair and eventually donate it to The Little Princess Trust." - Rob Daniels
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
