HILL SPRINTS

At Sheldwich Football Club, we prioritise camaraderie and helping one another to improve our fitness with our regular hill sprints and runs.
These sessions are designed to boost the squad’s fitness levels while fostering team spirit and social interaction among players. We believe that staying fit can be fun, and after each session, we always capture the moment with a selfie!
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, we encourage all members to join in at their own pace and enjoy the journey together. We're competing against our own individual goal, not each other.
Our kids' fun sessions are designed to be a fun and engaging experience for the team's children, offering a fantastic opportunity for the whole family to get involved in football.
These sessions include a variety of fun games and football activities that promote teamwork, skills development, and a love for the sport.
It’s a great way for our families to bond, as the kids learn and play together. We can’t wait to see everyone on the field!

With the support of a local boxing gym, and the help of our amazing co-captain Bill, Sheldwich F.C. are delighted to have the opportunity to enhance our fitness and team bonding through periodic cardio and circuit training sessions.
These high-energy workouts not only improve our endurance and strength but also create a fun and supportive environment for teammates to connect, expanding our fitness and sporting horizons beyond just football.
